10 Household Chores You Hate

This week's Ten On Tuesday meme:

Sweeping/Vacuuming (all that cat/dog hair is so hard to get up);
Mopping/Waxing the hardwood (paw-prints appear too quickly);
Putting away laundry (I don't mind doing laundry, I just hate putting it all away afterwards);
Taking out the trash (the trash cans are at least one flight of stairs down from every door);
Cleaning the litter boxes (even with two automatic litter boxes, you still have to take out the liner collection bins and replace them and sweep and mop the tiles);
Planning Meals (I wish I had a live-in 24/7 chef - yeah! - when I win the lottery!);
Cleaning the three bathrooms/toilets;
Cleaning the aquarium;
Cleaning out the fridge/freezer; and
Cleaning all of the windows (especially where the dogs press their noses against to look out).

Low humidity, 60s/70s F

5.   i abhor skiing, and i think it's because i can't stand being in snow for more than 15 minutes at a time.   what outdoor activity do you reject because you don't like the weather conditions?
I'm not fond of extremes in temperature, so snow or very hot/humid are both out.

6.   i used to lie out in the sun a lot because i LOVE being warm and enveloped by the sun's rays (now i just stay indoors and pasty-white because i don't think i'd enjoy melanoma).   what outdoor activity do you really enjoy due to the weather conditions?
Riding our Harley in the Spring or Autumn when the weather is mild is extremely nice.

7.   would you ever go to an extreme temperature location ... like a volcano or the arctic?   why or why not?

8.   non-weather related ... have you picked up any christmas/hanukkah gifts yet?
Yes, I'm almost finished with all of my shopping (for once).    I only have a few more gifts to buy and I'll be finished (early, amazingly enough).
